All our operations are governed by the latest version of the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, including the arbitration clause, as filed by FENEX with the court registry (registries) at the District Court(s) in Amsterdam (Rotterdam, Breda and Arnhem). All transports and services which are carried out by our partners are conducted in accordance with CMR conditions. We will be happy to supply you with a copy of these terms and conditions on request.
