Which personal data of customers and potential customers do you collect and why?
We only collect the information that is necessary to perform our services. This data consists of the standard of business data and the personal details of the contact person (consisting of name, e-mail address and telephone number). Data sent to Euroline B.V. will only be used for the purpose for which they were provided. The data will be used in particular for answering your question, meeting your request, issuing a quotation and possibly entering into and executing the agreement for our services.
With which parties are these data shared?
Data will never be provided to third parties without your permission, unless this is necessary for the execution of your request or when Euroline B.V. to do so is required by law or regulation.
Do the parties with whom the data are shared have a statement that they comply with the AVG Privacy Act?
How long are the customer data stored?
We use the relevant statutory retention periods as storage period. We keep data about our logistic services in principle for legal claims up to the Dutch statutory limitation period of 5 years. Your data can be kept longer to comply with our fiscal retention period of 7 years. For data that does not have a special storage period, we keep a retention period of 2 years after this data was last used. Our files and files are periodically cleaned up.
